RECOMMENDED WHAT TO DO

                                     IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT


  1. 1.Report accident and any injuries to the local police: 911

  2. 2.List the names and addresses of all available witnesses.

  3. 3.Write down the name and address of people in the other car, as well as those in your own.

  4. 4.Obtain the name and address of the insurance company shown on the registration certificate of the other car/truck.

  5. 5.Write down the following details about the other car: make, model, year, registration and plate number, Province/State, and Country.

6. Give your name and address to the other driver.

  1. 7.Note name, license number of owner and driver ( if different) of other car/truck.

  2. 8. Write down all pertinent details of the accident: date, time, precise location, street lights, weather conditions, description of the road and pavement surface.

  3. 9.Do not admit liability. Report the accident to your insurance company or agent: if you admit liability or fail to report, your insurance may be cancelled.

  4. 10.At the scene of the accident, make a sketch using the diagram above as a guide. Indicate any necessary changes (T- intersection, curve, only two lanes, etc).

      MOTORING CLUB: EMERGENCY   
              ROADSIDE SERVICES

Members Choice    puts you the member in control with its convenient Emergency Roadside Services program. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits and services, and will reimburse you the member(s) up to an annual household maximum totaling $50.00 a year. (subject to terms of reimbursement).

TOWING
You the member, will be reimbursed for the cost of emergency towing to your car up to a maximum of $50.00

BATTERY BOOST
You the member, will be reimbursed for the cost of a boost up to $25.00. If your car still does not start, Members Choice    will reimburse you for the cost of a tow up to $50.00. Only one charge will be paid, the highest charge applying.

FLAT TIRE
If you have a flat tire on your car,  Members Choice     will reimburse you for the cost of having your flat tire replaced with your spare, for up to $25.00.
KEYS LOCKED IN YOUR CAR
You will be reimbursed up to $25.00 if you require the assistance of a locksmith or other service provider to gain entry to your locked vehicle.(one claim per year- maximum).
RUN OUT OF GAS
If you need an emergency supply of gas delivered to your car, Members Choice    will reimburse you up to $25.00 for the delivery. (one claim per year-maximum).
STUCK OR REQUIRE WINCHING
Members Choice     will reimburse you the member up to $25.00 if your car is stranded in snow, mud, or sand and must be winched out. ( one claim per year-maximum).

Members Choice    will process your claim, and upon verification forward the verified amount  to your PayPal account.
